DRAFT IRR OF RA 9904

Magna Carta for Homeowners and Homeowners' Associations

The Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) is pleased to inform the public that it has drafted the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9904, otherwise known as the Magna Carta for Homeowners and Homeowners' Associations.

"Pursuant to Section 28 of the said law, consultation with concerned sectors, such as homeowners associations, real estate developers and other interested parties, must be undertaken with regard to the draft IRR.

Accordingly, all interested parties are requested to submit their comments or suggestions to the draft IRR to the Regional Office of the Board in your respective locality. You may also submit your comments to the Secretariat, Committee for the Drafting of the IRR for RA 9904, headed by Director Nora L. Diaz, 2nd Floor, HLURB Bldg., Kalayaan Ave., Diliman, Quezon City, or through our email at  nldiaz_fosg@hlurb.gov.ph.  Thank you.
